1. General Policy

At MODIRIDE SDN. BHD., your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every automotive accessory is delivered in excellent condition. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a return or refund.
All return or refund requests are reviewed case-by-case in accordance with the policy below to ensure fairness and transparency.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All components (e.g., brackets, screws, clips, manuals) are intact and undamaged.
  • A valid receipt or order number is provided.

MODIRIDE SDN. BHD. reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation.
  • Clearance or promotional items clearly marked as final sale.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Return Process

To begin a return process, please email modiride.sb@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. If approved, you are required to return the item within 5 business days using a trackable courier at your own cost.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, OR
  • Send a replacement if stock is available

Refunds may take a few working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After assessment, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

7. Warranty Claims

Please provide:

  • Photos and description of the issue

If eligible, we may offer a repair, store credit, or other resolution depending on the situation.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/model ordered, or product preference.
To exchange for a different item, you may:

  • Submit a return request (if eligible)
  • Place a new order separately for the correct item
