1. Order Processing Time
At MODIRIDE SDN. BHD., we strive to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national public holidays).
Once payment has been successfully received, our team begins preparing your car accessories—such as phone holders, seat organizers, and fresheners—for safe packaging and shipment.
A shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp notification, including tracking details, will be sent once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, ensuring reliable service through our trusted logistics partners to safely deliver your automotive essentials.
For international deliveries, we handle them upon request and on a case-by-case basis. Kindly reach out to us in advance to confirm product availability, shipping options, and international rates before placing an order from outside Malaysia.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number along with a link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

5. Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our courier partners to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays and festive periods
- Logistics disruptions (e.g., strikes or backlog)
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery zones
- Adverse weather conditions
- Customs inspections (for international parcels)
MODIRIDE SDN. BHD. is not liable for such delays but we will do our best to support you in liaising with the courier service for timely updates and resolution.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every product with care to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, should your package arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
If eligible, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or claim with the courier service based on the situation.
Important: We are not responsible for parcels marked “Delivered” by the courier that go missing afterward. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and secure at checkout.
7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)
Customers may opt for self-collection at our office in Subang Jaya. This service is strictly by appointment and must be scheduled in advance by contacting us directly. Walk-ins may not be accommodated due to operational constraints.
8. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, all customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
MODIRIDE SDN. BHD. does not cover or reimburse these additional charges. We are also not responsible for:
- Customs delays or detentions
- Rejected shipments due to local import laws
- Additional processing fees by customs or local agencies
